Services

Yuval Oz offers handstand coaching in the form of workshops, retreats, and private sessions. Specific details — including dates, locations, schedules, and what is included — are listed on each individual event page and form part of these terms for that purchase.

Age requirement

Purchases on this site are open to people aged 18 and over, using a payment card issued in their own name. Participants under 18 may take part only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, sent to us before the event, and only where the event page states that the event is open to minors. We may ask for proof of age before an event; if the age requirement is not met, the amount paid is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices for customers in Israel are shown and charged in shekels (₪). Prices for customers outside Israel are shown and charged in euros (€). The price shown on the event page at the time of purchase is the price charged.

Payment is made on a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment page operated by our payment provider, including card verification (CVV). Card details are entered there only and are never stored on this site's servers. Registration is confirmed only once the payment has been approved by the card issuer. A tax invoice / receipt is sent to your email after the payment clears. If a price is displayed with an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

Delivery of the service

What you buy is a confirmed place at an event — there is no physical product to ship.

• A confirmation email with your registration details is sent to the address you provided immediately after payment is approved, and in any case within 24 hours.

• Practical details — schedule, location, arrival instructions and what to bring — are sent by email no later than 7 days before the event.

• Any equipment included in an event is provided on site at the start and returned at the end.

• If the confirmation email has not arrived, check your spam folder and then contact yuvaloz@gmail.com or 058-6969888. We will confirm your booking manually.

Our responsibility

We undertake to deliver each event as described on its page — the sessions, instruction and anything else listed there. If we cancel an event, or move its dates in a way that does not suit you, you receive a full refund of everything you paid us, within 14 days. Our responsibility in that case is limited to that refund and does not extend to flights, accommodation or other arrangements you booked independently.

Handstand training is a physical practice carrying inherent risk. Participation is conditional on being in good physical health and on following the instructor's directions; you must tell us in advance about any medical condition relevant to your participation. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from disregarding instructions, from an incomplete or inaccurate health declaration, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Israeli law. Personal accident and travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Cancellations and refunds

Your statutory right: under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its cancellation regulations, a remote purchase of leisure or travel services may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided the cancellation is made at least 7 business days (excluding rest days) before the date the service is to be provided. In such a cancellation we may charge a fee of 5% of the transaction or ₪100, whichever is lower. A person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant may cancel within four months of the transaction, as provided by law, where the purchase involved a conversation between the parties.

Beyond the statutory right, the following applies to cancellations by the participant, unless the event page states otherwise:

• More than 60 days before the event — full refund, less a handling fee of 5% (capped at ₪100).

• Between 60 and 30 days before the event — 50% of the amount paid is refunded.

• Less than 30 days before the event — no refund, but the place may be transferred to another participant with our written approval.

To cancel, write to yuvaloz@gmail.com, call 058-6969888, or send a letter to HaHoresh 44, Kiryat Tiv'on, Israel. Include your name, the event and your registration details. Refunds are made to the card used for payment, within 14 days of the cancellation notice.

Your details

We undertake not to sell, rent, trade or otherwise pass your personal details to any third party. The only exceptions are those needed to deliver what you bought and to comply with the law: the payment provider that processes the charge, the invoicing and email services that send your receipt and confirmation, and disclosure required by a competent authority or court order. These parties receive only what they need and may not use it for anything else. Card details are never held by us at all.

You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
